Pause, Rewind or Rewatch

The classes are designed to move at a quick pace to keep you engaged, however, some concepts, graphics and photos may be complex.

Please pause or rewatch segments as needed to ensure you understand the material being presented.

Although many concepts will be revisited throughout the series of classes, please supplement your training as much as possible to develop a well-rounded understanding.

Quizzes & Certificates

You will not be able to take a quiz until you have completely finished the video preceding it.

 If you fast-forward through a video, you will not gain access to the quiz or receive credit for completing the segment.

If you believe you've completed the program but your certificate will not download, make sure all classes and quizzes have a check mark next to them.  If any are missing, finish that segment or quiz until check mark appears.
